Hannah Montana Forever Que Sera Lyrics

Hannah Montana - Forever Que Sera Lyrics picture

Ha!
Whatever will be,
Will be.

Delete me from your friends
I don’t care what you think
Let’s forget we ever met
Don’t cha worry ’bout me

So sick to my stomach
When I’m think about the wasted time we spend together
Planning on forever
(whatever)

Cheat me once, shame on you
Cheat me twice, shame in me
I’m an idiot
That I couldn’t see whats underneath

That beautiful face
Or these warm or worse days
Surprise, surprise
I’m doing just fine
(whoa)

Aaaah
Que sera, sera
Aaaah
Que sera, sera

Whatever comes I’ll be okay
Whatever life throws my way
You wish I’d hurt
But I’m as free as a bird
And I’m happier no-ow-ow-ow
(yeah)

Aaaah
Que sera

I could never go back
To a thing that didn’t last
And I’m sorry to say
That you’re living in the past

And if you’d ever believe
I would take you back (no)
It took you long to get in
But now you’re out so fast

The way you played your cards
shoulda told me who you are
always goin’ all in
and you hated when I win

Just had me whipped too far
I shoulda known from the start
that you gamble
with my heart
(ha)

1. Gonna Get This
2. Que Sera
3. Ordinary Girl
4. Kiss It Goodbye
5. I’ll Always Remember You
6. Need A Little Love
7. Are You Ready
8. Love That Lets Go
9. I’m Still Good
10. Been Here All Along
11. Barefoot Cinderella

Rarely do you find a TV series where practically every episode showcases a new song, and the song goes from good to darn good. Just look at at the album for season 1 and 2. #1 Album straight to the top. Anyone at any age love the light hearted comedy/sitcom in the spirit in the likes of “I Love Lucy” would love Hannah Montana the TV show. But adding cute/fun songs in seasons 1 and 2 for teenagers, to more mature songs with of the movie, and seasons 3 and 4, it’s a series for the ages. Perhaps Disney can continue the Miley show as sitcom in the ABC network.

Season 4 reflects a lot on Miley’s personal experience. While not in tune with 6 to 14 years old, but certainly fits for 15 and up to adults of all ages. There are few songs like “Are You Ready”, “Kiss It Goodbye”, “BareFoot Cinderella”, “I’m Still Good”, and “Que Sera” are very Hannah Montana’ish, fit for young teenagers.

There is also the daring try at Reggae for the song “Gonna Get This.” Iyza certain helped in validating it. It was weird at first but really grown on me. My 7 year old doesn’t like it however, just like the kids in the focus group in the episode “Gonna Get This.” But as a POP song, it should be on the Billboard.

The songs that touched so many military families and compassionate people alike are “Been here All Along” and “I’m Still Good”. These are simply heart-felt songs. You could tell the sincerity in the Bill Ray and Miley in the episode “Been Here All Along.”
Hannah Montana Forever Soundtrack 300x300 Hannah Montana Forever Soundtrack
Then there are those Ballads that sure to show up often on radio airwaves. “Need a Little Love,” “I’ll Always Remember You” are better than most adult contemporary songs. And then there is “Love That Lets Go”. A beautiful song with profound meanings for those that had to let (ill and dying) loves one go, at least with the shortened version in the episode “Love That Lets Go” suggests. However, for the full song in the soundtrack, the lyric that was omitted from the song suggest parents having trouble dealing with letting their grown up child go on their own.

All in all, a wonderful album with a mixture of songs for young teens to adults. Many are better than current top 10 hits in the respective genres. You don’t have to be a teenager to like it. Few of the songs should climb the adult contemporary charts, if Disney wishes to put some effort into promotion beyond Disney channel and Disney radio network.

Hannah Montana The Movie

Hannah Montana The Movie picture

Hannah Montana The Movie 300x300 Hannah Montana The MovieThe amazing soundtrack to the feature film Hannah Montana The Movie is here and loaded with music from today’s biggest artists…including 14 brand new songs by Miley Cyrus, Hannah Montana, Billy Ray Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts. This soundtrack is without question the best of both worlds as it features hit tracks like “The Climb” from Miley Cyrus plus new songs from Hannah Montana.

1. You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home – 4/5
This track opens up much like Breakout did for Miley’s previous CD of the same name. You can say it’s a Hannah-fied version of Miley’s Breakout. Kind of sets up the plot of the movie, and it is a fun track though not one of my favorites.

2. Let’s Get Crazy - 4/5
I have had this on repeat for the longest, long before I got my hands on the soundtrack. It’s solid pop record, though I’m not sure the lyrics have a point.

3. The Good Life - 5/5
I love this song. Fun and brings a smile to my face. I can imagine this song being played out in the background during a shopping spree montage in the movie, right before her “shoe fight”.

4. Everything I Want - 3/5
This song is performed by Steve Rushton, a newcomer to Hollywood Records. I personally think it was a very smart move on Disneys/Hollywood Records part to include 2 of his songs on the soundtrack as a way of introducing him to a large audience. However, his voice is a bit too generic for my liking and sounds like any other garage bands lead singer.

5. Don’t Walk Away - 5/5
Miley Cyrus’ songs in the soundtrack are better lyrics-wise than her alter-egos, but have more of a country vibe to them as well. This song I believe is a B-side from one of her previous albums as I have heard it before. Very catchy chorus for such a mid-tempo song, has a very 90s feel to it as well.

6. Hoedown Throwdown - 5/5
Fun, quirky, Disneypop at its catchiest. The lyrics tell you the actual dance that accompanies this song, and everyone in my dorm building including myself have this whole thing down for the most part.

7. Dream - 4/5
Again, Miley Cyrus expects you to pay more attention to her lyrics than Hannah does. The end result is another catchy mid-tempo song with a very good meaning.

8. The Climb - 5/5
Probably the best song on the soundtrack. Great lyrics that have a great meaning, excellent production and progression. Showcases Mileys evolving vocal skills. Just a great song.

9. Butterfly Fly Away - 5/5
This is an emotional duet between Miley and Billy Ray. It makes you pay very close attention to every second of the song.

10. Backwards - 4/5
Performed by Rascal Flatts. I’m not the biggest fun of country music (Taylor Swift’s self-titled debut is about as country as I get), but this song is fun.

11. Back To Tennessee - 3/5
Billy Ray and Miley both have very distinctive voices. This song showcases Billy Ray’s rough, twangy, country vocals. Though there’s something about the use of instruments that makes it a bit too muddled and all over the place for me.

12. Crazier - 4/5
I love Taylor Swift, but lyrics wise she has done better. Her “I sing songs about Boys” shtick is just getting a bit played out to me I guess. It’s still an enjoyable listen though.

13. Bless The Broken Road - 4/5
The lyrics are great. Never heard of the Rascal Flatts before this soundtrack, but the leads vocals are amazing.

14. Let’s Do This - 5/5
One of my favorite Hannah songs.
She comes across very confident and energetic with this song. Her vocals here remind me of Stevie Nicks.

15. Spotlight - 5/5
This song reminds me of No Doubt circa Return Of Saturn. She has this sassy quality to her voice here that very much reminds me of Gwen Stefani. Awesome pop-rock song all around.

16. Game Over - 3/5
Another Steve Rushton Song, another mediocre song.
I very much do not enjoy this person.

17. What’s Not To Like - 3/5
Probably the weakest of all the Hannah songs in the album. Catchy nonetheless.

18. Best of Both Worlds - 5/5
I enjoy this remix, it shows how Mileys vocals have become more confident and refined over the years. It also uses more modern instrumentation. Great way to close this soundtrack.

Hannah Montana The Album

Hannah Montana The Album image

Hannah Montana The Album 300x300 Hannah Montana The AlbumIt is pure bubblegum pop. It’s not too offensive nor is it too risque for the younger crowd. It’s also easily digestable for parents of children enthralled with Miley Cyrus’ portrayal of Montana.

Despite being rather fluffy lyric-wise, these songs still manage to be better that pretty much all of today’s reigning pop princesses. Cyrus’ vocals are much better than the likes of Ashlee Simpson and Avril Lavigne. She also seems like an altogether nicer person than either of them.

Her father deserves respect, who real fans of country music know spent many, many years trying to make it before hitting with “Achy Breaky Heart.” The guy isn’t as cheesy as you’d think, and is actually a truer country artist than most of today’s mainstream stars like Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. It appears that he and his wife are taking the right steps to prevent their daughter from turning into a teenage burn-out queen like Britney Spears or so many other teen stars who couldn’t handle being on top.

Highlights of the album include the show’s theme, “Best Of Both Worlds,” “Who Said,” and “This Is The Life.” A few of the songs are from other artists and other than the Click Five’s “Pop Princess,” they are a definite step down from the pop quality of Cyrus’ tracks.

Overall, it must be said that any person who really enjoys pop music will find that this is one of the better albums out there. It also looks as if many of its songs will have a longer shelf life than many other pop songs that are currently out there. Definitely buy this if you have a daughter between the ages of six and twelve. It’s great music for them to listen to.

Hannah Montana 2 – Meet Miley Cyrus

Hannah Montana 2 - Meet Miley Cyrus graphic

Miley Cyrus Hannah Montana 2 Meet Miley Cyrus 300x300 Hannah Montana 2 Meet Miley CyrusThe two-disc Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus release is a worthy successor to her no. 1 album of last year. As of this writing, at least seven of the songs from that first album have cracked the top 100 (Billboard). Additionally, the Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus album placed no. 1 on the Billboard charts during its first week of release.

For those of you who don’t know what the big deal is about, Miley Cyrus sounds like a younger Avril Lavinge, but with more varied musical tastes. Much of her music is straight-forward pop-rock (evoking some of the new Kelly Clarkson), and some of it is decidedly experimental (Latin & Reggae tunes on a couple of tracks). Its evident they wanted to make a record that everybody would love, and yes, I can guarantee that much of this is juvenile and really quite repugnant.

However, if theres one thing that stands out – it’s the voice. Miley Cyrus has a raspy, throaty voice that is really unlike most pop-queens. Listening to her voice makes you realize just how thin and boring Lindsay Lohan sounds on record. Yes, shes that good, but the music isn’t exactly groundbreaking.

The tunes on this double CD set, like those included on the initial soundtrack release, are again cleverly written. Among the genres and styles covered are ballads (“One In a Million” and “Make Some Noise”), rock, techno-pop, and a smidge of hip-hop, as well as songs containing both Spanish (“Let’s Dance”) and reggae (“Clear”) elements.

There are also some tracks (e.g. “Old Blue Jeans” and “See You Again,” among others) which incorporate slightly more complex harmonies–harmonies that should keep those whom are musically inclined engaged and attentive. Among the ballads represented, it is pleasing to note that not all are about the all-too-common subject of love (e.g., “Make Some Noise”)

Hannah Montana Make Some Noise Lyrics

Hannah Montana Make Some Noise Lyrics graphic

It’s easy to feel like
You’re all alone
To feel like nobody knows
The great that you are
The good that’s inside you
Is trying so hard to break through

Maybe it’s your time to lift off and fly
You won’t know if you never try
I will be there with you all of the way
You’ll be fine

[Chorus]
Don’t let anyone
Tell you that you’re not strong enough
Don’t give up
There’s nothing wrong with just being yourself
That’s more than enough
So come on and raise your voice
speak your mind and make some noise
And sing
Hey, hey
Make some noise
Hey, hey, yeah

You want to be known
You want to be heard
And know you are beautiful
You have so much to give
Some change you wanna live
So shout it out and let it show

You have a diamond inside of your heart
A light that shines bright as the stars
Don’t be afraid to be all that you are
You’ll be fine

The Best Of Both Worlds: The 2009 Movie Mix Lyrics

The Best Of Both Worlds The 2009 Movie Mix Lyrics image

Oh yeah
Come on

You get the limo out front (oh oh oh)
Hottest styles, every shoe, every color
Yeah when you’re famous it can be kinda fun
It’s really you but no one ever discovers

In some ways you’re just like all your friends
But on stage you’re a star

You get the best of both worlds
Chillin’ out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it’s the best of both worlds

The best of both worlds

You go to movie premiers (is that Orlando Bloom? )
Hear your songs on the radio
Livin’ two lives is a little weird (yeah)
But school’s cool ’cause nobody knows [nobody knows]
hannah montana the movie The Best Of Both Worlds: The 2009 Movie Mix Lyrics
Yeah you get to be a small town girl
But big time when you play your guitar

You get the best of both worlds
Chillin’ out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it’s the best of both
You know the best of both worlds

Pictures and autographs
You get your face in all the magazines
The best part is that
You get to be whoever you wanna be

Best… best… yeah the best of both
Best… best… you got the best of both
Best… best… c’mon the best of both

Who would have thought that a girl like me
Would double as a super staaaaaaaaaaaaaaar
Woo!
You get the best of both worlds
Chillin’ out, take it slow
Then you rock out the show
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together
And you know that it’s the best
You get the best of both worlds
Without the shades and the hair
You can go anywhere
You get the best of both worlds
Mix it all together… oh yeah
It’s so much better
‘Cause you know you’ve got
The best of both worlds
